u cud tell ur mom to rebond her hair..same process as perming.cept..that perming is for gettin curly hair..n rebonding is to get dead straight ,shiny hair..

put mayo on it once a week for the next few weeks. keep it on for @ 30 minutes each time and use a GOOD anti frizz serum(the kind only sold in salons)
