Hair styles and makeup ideas?

that was in october though so my hair is a little shorter than that but not so much.i was wondering what styles i should do.my hair is naturally curly and i want a style for curly hair not straight.thanks

but the main color is blue.what kind of eyeshadow color should i work with? and shimmer or no shimmer on the eyes?tinted lip gloss or clear?
