Use a blue violet tinted shampoo made for blond/grey hair. Or if you want to color your hair make sure it is an ash tone or one with a base blue or violet, nothing that says golden or warm...you want to stick with cool.

Absolutely, go buy a product at shoppers drug mart called "SHIMMER BRIGHTS" it is a violet based shampoo that will neutralize those tones, if you still can't tone it down have your hairdresser put a "DEMI-PERMANANT" colorwash over it

Watercolors brand Violet shampoo. I am a blond, and I have highlights and it gets brassy here and there. Just mix a bit of this violet shampoo in with your regular shampoo once every week-2 weeks.
