I am making my hair portfolio in the form of a scrapbook- any ideas?

I bought some paper in the theme of "Rock Queen." It uses some foil and has lots of different patterns. I have NO idea how to scrapbook, so any ideas would be appreciated!

Decide what size of album page you want to do... 12 x12, 10 x10, 8 x 8 or 6 x 6.

You can do any other special size album page.
